>Secure Ordering Information

All items are listed in U.S dollars ($). Gogobrat, LLC ships worldwide and utilizes Paypal a payment processor accepting all major credit cards through checkout. Customers can place orders via through Paypal, phone or fax.

Order by fax: If you would prefer not to submit your order online, you are welcome to print out our order form and fax your order to us at # . Please make sure to provide the following information.

1) Item numbers, description, color, size, price
2) Your Name, Address, Phone Number, valid E-mail
3) Credit card, Credit card number, Issuer, Expiration date
4) Provide the name and address exactly as it is on file with your credit card company
5) The name and address of where you would like your package shipped.
Please note:
We cannot ship to alternate shipping addresses unless also listed on file with your credit card company or with written authorization from the cardholder.
6) Provide any Special Instructions

>Order Confirmation
Once your order has been submitted (whether by online, fax, or mail), you will receive a detailed Order Confirmation via E-mail to let you know your order is being processed. This confirmation will include your order number, requested item (s), and payment total. If you do not receive an Order Confirmation via E-mail, please contact us.

>Delivery Time
The delivery of your merchandise may be 5-12 business days through UPS ground shipment on domestic orders. We also provide Next Day, 2nd Day, 3rd Day Business Express shipping. Candian and International allow 5 additional business days. The maximum time for delivery may take up to 30 days due to manufacturer or shipping delays.

We do not ship on the weekends and holidays unless at your request; Saturday Delivery  available; shipping rate at > Express Shipping, we ship daily throughout the week EST Monday-Friday.

>Item availability
Due to certain demand for sizes, stock availabilty and discontinued items, such items  may not be available.  

>Order tracking
To track your shipments, please provide us with the E-mail address where you want to be notified of tracking and ordering information. We receive the E-mail address linked to the Paypal Account holder, which may be different then the E-mail address where you want to be reached. When your order is shipped, the tracking # will be automatically E-mailed to you. You can use the tracking # to check the shipping status of your order at the designated site www.ups.com or www.fedex.com.  We utilize both UPS and Fedex to service our customers.

>Back Orders
 Our site provides the latest and up-to-date mercahandise at all times to better serve our customers. Items may be on backorder at anytime. Backordered items will be shipped, as they become available. Your account will be charged once the item is available and shipped unless the customer prefers otherwise.

>Merchandise Return Policy
We appreciate your business and want our guests to our site to be completely satisfied with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied for any reason you may contact us immediately at  sales@gogobrat.com and we will issue an exchange, credit, or refund.

For clothing only exhange? We will not refund purchase price for shoes and boots. If you purchase a pair of shoes or boots and they do not fit you properly or are not the right size, we will be happy to exchange them for your correct size as long as you have followed the standard procedure and contacted us within 7 days to let us know that you would like to send them back for an exchange. Shoes and boots as with everything else must be returned to us in new condition. You may try them on to test the fit but if they have obvious signs of wear and are not considered re-sellable, we can not exchange them for you. You will be responsible for all shipping fees incurred.

No returns will be accepted without authorization. Notify us via E-mail within 7 days of receiving your merchandise order and we will issue you a RMA# for your return merchandise.

All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and freight costs incurred, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect, or an error on our part. International orders may be subject to custom fees, taxes or duty fees upon return, paid by the buyer.

Please allow 30 days for processing a refund or charge credit. Shipping and handling is Non-refundable. Once we receive the return purchased from the sender, which may take up to 7-10 days, we issue a return payment and then notify the sender via E-mail.  Your refund or charge credit may be obtained through your Paypal Account if applicable, and select “View History” and your refund payment will be noted or contact your Credit Card Issuer to obtain credit information.

Gogobrat reserves the right to refuse returns due to claims relative to merchandise’s sizing, fitting, color, or dimensions, and has the final say in this regard

>Merchandise Return Procedure

1. Merchandise must be clean, unused, tag intact and in salable condition
2. Receive a RMA #, issued by us thru email
3. RMA# must be written on the outside of the package you send to us
4. Give the package to a UPS driver or take to the nearest UPS drop-off location. You may locate the nearest drop off location by checking www.UPS.com

The merchandise must be in original shoebox or packaging and mailed out within seven days of receiving Return Merchandise Authorization number. Any items not in original manufacturers box or without a RMA# written outside the box, will be returned to sender.

>Sizing for Shoes/Boots
All of our shoes and boots do not come in half sizes. Our recommendation for half sizes would be to order a half size larger than your normal flat shoe size. For example: If you normally  wear a 8 ½ , we recommend to order a size 9

We recommend a two size increase. For example: A man’s 9 converts to a woman’s 11

For domestic and international shoes, serves as a guide and the list is approximate, there is no universally accepted international conversion for shoe sizing; 

         M/W indicates Men's or Women's Sizes. Other systems are for either gender.
